"Plus one"

This week, we have become the Williams girls "plus one"... Penelope (aka Poppy) has joined our little household 4 days a week while her mommy and daddy work. I am enjoying our third little one and the structure it has brought to my week (BUT I am glad I didn't have three of my own this close together!) Not that I didn't play with my kids, have naptime, learn new things, explore the yard, etc, etc... but when I have another child in my home, I feel like I am more accountable for these things. It is a little daunting to teach someone else's child without wondering if you are doing it in a way that they will be pleased and proud of their child's progress. I suppose every day will be challenging and rewarding in its own way. Anybody out there with tips and tricks, feel free to share!
